the last demo, i truly thought was W |
The greatest demo for me was the original Worms demo, I played that for over a year since ironically the game never came out over where I lived.

Doc Brass...

I don't get what his problem is. He takes everything so seriously, attacks me personally... and most of what I said about HL2 in this thread wasn't that negative, I WANT HL2 how many time do I have to freaking say it?! I'm just a bit more skeptical is all, and I'm not building it up to be the freaking second coming.
Just leave me the hell alone and stop being a jerk ffs
.
[edit] am I really as bad as he says?! I'm sorry if I am, I'll try to stop... :/

*bump*
Any chance of the Snark Pit adding UT2k4?
Since UT2004 is so similar to its predessecor, I can't imagine that many people looking for new editing sites for it - most will go to the existing UT2003 websites. As such I can't imagine this site becoming popular for UT games, but that said I've been wrong more than right in the past ![]()
I still think it would be good to add support though, at LEAST for maps.
[addsig]Anyone know when the full version will be released? Oh and a good editor for UT?
[addsig]The newest version of UnrealEd (the official, and as far as I know, ONLY UT editor) will ship with the game, although if you have UT2003 then look on the third disk and it will be there I believe, if it isn't installed by default.
I believe the release date is sometime in March here in Europe.
[addsig]to my knowledge, UnrealED is always installed by default.
if you have any full version installed, look for the big green "U"
i reflect reno's thoughts on Unreal support, no "new" members will arrive, or few maybe.. but i would love to see some room for our own products.. unrealed is cumbersome, but no one can doubt its associated with a wonderful engine.

Few interesting points raised..
Halo - fairly groundbreaking with its vehicle inclusion, but tbh they handled like crap and were boring, unversatile lumps. in fact that whole game is a clunky non-descript mess.
UT - certainly isnt good enough to be released with such frequency, they should spend less time trying to encamp on an area which Tribes has already done a thousand times better. building on what they had from the original unreal tournament is the way forward, add more SP elements and so forth..
unrealed - im not sure if it installs by default all the time orph, at least on the orginal anyhow..

i have every version of unreal made.. bought them all.. *stop glaring its true*
all have installed UnrealEd by default, but with some versions it wasn't mediately apparent, you had to look inside another folder or two.
i am almost positive on this, but there is room for enough doubt that the possibility exists.. i do not know how the UK or french or german or any non-US version installs.

Add the -nogamma parameter to your shortcut to unrealed
