The reason lil didn't fit in wasn't because she was a girl or because she made bad maps (don't know if she made any maps or how good anything she made actually was), but because where most people here are interested in mapping or modelling, she was more interested in getting lots of attention from certain same-age forum members than anything else, to the point where some threads ended up more like some kind of half-assed chatline that left most people saying 'get a room', or, more commonly 'go away with that crap, *locks topic*'

There's 5 female employees at Raven now. 1 office manager, 1 artist, 1 sound artist, and two programmers. No designers, though... yet... [addsig]
