A dll to cpp converter? I'd be amazed if such a thing existed. Are you after the source code for Scientist Hunt?
BTW the dark text on a black background (your website) hurts the eyes.

when I tried your link I got this message: Sorry, this site is temporarily unavailable!
I've never played Scientist Hunt... I have to do that sometimes. It seems so cool! [addsig]

I don't know of a decompiler, by name. By the way a DLL is no different then a normal exe, except that is has no main. Which means it is compiled with other source code that does have the main in it, which could mean, you'd have to decompile that as well, because they're attached by the linker.
But your best bet would be to figure out (or assume) what compiler the thing was compiled with and try to find a decompiler for that compiler . . . what this means is that, the source code which is now compiled run time code, has been massivly altered, with a generic decompiler you'd have nightmarish results (it might not be optimised so it does everything a certain way, such as, instead of using loops the programmer who wrote it was sweet on recursion, so every loop in the program becomes a recursive function call, stuff like that).
Anyway, it would be easier to re-create/write it on your own and that's a daunting task in its self, but it would be easier then trying to decipher decompiler generated code.
hmm, unless they were stupid enough to release a debugable version of the excutable, I'm afraid you're out of luck. Take the easy route, write it yourself
[EDIT]
Oh, and an idea for you mod . . . hmm . . . how about a catapult system, so you can see who can lauch a scientist the farthest. Or, have a giant scientist you have to destroy and you have to catipult smaller (normal sized) scientists at him to kill him . . .?

Scientist killing... its been done.
I wonder if the HL2 scientists will be as fun to kill?

Okay. the mod I'm mapping for is Scientist Slaughterhouse, not SciHunt (2 different mods). Now, the guy who made this (goes by the name of Denix Linelli) lost all the source files to the mod, effectively killing it and the nuclear grenade idea. now, if there was a DLL decompiler, I would send the source files to Denix or another coder if Denix is tired (of course only with his permission) so that the mod can be restarted.
and I am real happy with Leper for adding new smilies...

Hopefully they'll be more realistic ways to kill them, like limbs falling of and decapitation etc.

Although the new AI will make them smarter and they'd probably be like "s**t! RUN AWAY! Gordon's lost it" Anyway, on another note I don't think there will be the amount of scientists in HL2 as there is in HL1, I mean based on what we've seen before, there's only 2 scientists . . . there are probably many more, but just from what we've seen is what I'm talking about. So we'll pretty much just have to (keep) wait(ing) and see when HL2 hits shelves . . . Retail HL2 that is lol. [addsig]
