Every now and then when I post a comment with a or a / I come back later and they've been removed from my post.
Also I think that 100 snarkmarks for 7 days and 200 for 30 days, may be a bit of a large gap from 30min. Mabye if 50-75 snarkmarks for 1 day was added it wouldn't feel like such a big jump. Just my opinion though.

...Every 2 posts gets you 1 $SM...
Oh, I didn't know that. I thought you only got snarkmarks if you answered a post correctly.
Also, I don't know if this is a bug or not, but when you are drafting (check the "Draft Mode" box in article edit) a article it gives you 10 snarkmarks. Is there a system set up so that people can't abuse this and get bunches of snarkmarks? Like a limit to how many drafted articles someone can have at one time or something? Otherwise...

ah, let me correct myself...
10 posts= 1
1 correctly answered post = 2
accepted dead link reports = 2
articles, maps, and downloads auto = 10
articles when rated = rating * 25 + 10
downloads when rated = rating * 25 + 10
Maps when rated = rating * 50 + 10
A note about the rating multiplyer: A rating of 1-5 is calculated as 10%-100%
So for example, a map with a rating of 4 gets an 80% * 50 (= 40 + 10)
So it gets 40 points plus the auto 10 points for uploading it.
The issue with the draft mode will just have to remain under-wraps I suppose. We won't be able to fix that for a while.

I downloaded a couple of Opposing Force maps and played them on LAN with my brother. Came back to rate them and comment, but seems like the comments section links to a completely separate topic. For example, Leperous' map Smallone seems to be linked to Riven's appearance on Podcast 17, and OP4 Tau is also linked to a General Banter discussion. It could be that I'm clicking the wrong thing, but this might be a section of the Pit that needs a brush up.

We might need to consider scrapping the "Recently Found" thread in favor of a new one. Since it got out of sync it takes way to long to load now.
All in favor?

If three more people unconditionally agree, I'll be along for it. Otherwise, it's nothing that noticeable to me.

Yeah I have been meaning to post on that too.. Seems like the site is loading very slowly. Lots of drag on the site RIVEN.. may want to look into it bud.

For me and a friend of mine the site takes extremely long to load as well, not really talking about that topic but sometimes it doesn't matter where you want to go, everything loads slowly. When you re-visit the site a little later (an hour or so) it is fast again as usual.
