I have party mode (baloons and party hats) on every server even if I create one although tf_birthday is 0 .. what the heck? how do I turn it off. smiley

The party mode is for the Free TF2 weekends where valve may have under aged children playing, so they take off the violence. Some servers keep this mode because they like it.
