Nov 3rd I turned 39. It was pretty much just another day. With a few well wishes a couple gifts it was a nice day.

It started off with me waking up at 3am, and a PM from my best friend, who used my classic line.. CONGRATS, YOUR A YEAR CLOSER TO DEATH.. in other words happy birthday. It does not offend me.. it speaks truth, and I understood what he was saying. My mother called me at 9am and sang happy birthday to me... funny how that can make a guy even at my age smile. Went over did a few things for her, and she gave me a nice Jacket for my birthday and one of them singing birthday cards that had the Song bad to the Bone on it.. ahh MOM, you noticed. =)

Oh my kids each of them came in and hugged me and said happy birthday to me.. best presents are those fer sure..

I got a PS3 for my birthday as well.. I now have all the consoles. =) smiley

Oh and Steam gave me L4D2 today. So all in all a great day. smiley

Ooohh, I forgot, it's coming out in November.. It's out?!?!?
..lol I still haven't completed L4D1, I tried to a month ago but my stupid graphics card was annoying me, and now the exams are here so can't do anything about it till the 18th..

Do tell us of your impressions of L4D2...but not too much of the storyline I want to be surprised on that.

Yeah.. I was mapping and this green box popped up and said Happy Birthday, then the icon in the tray went from the big gear to the little gear with the dots.. I went to check what it was installing/updating and I saw L4D2 was being installed. Now someone could of got it for me and it self installed? Or Steam gave it to me. I did nothing to get it.

Pepsi gave me a free Pepsi Product coupon, Pizza Hut gave me free Dippers with our pizza, bunch of little things like that today.. err yesterday.

hey did you guys know you can put a skybox on top of a no-draw and it seals the map with no leaks. I did not know that. I have been trying to find creative ways to seal my maps off and hide the sky from touching the side of my walls and being seen missing little areas. Had I known I could do a Nodraw wall and stick the skybox on it.. I would of done that years ago. smiley

Hey thanks for the happy birthdays.. funny how that never gets old. =) well not yet anyways.
