I don't have much experience of time :P but to me it seems that time flies when you just appreciate everything

Quoting Riven
-come to think of it, what is the Australian dream?!?
It's riding around in kangaroos while shredding out Back in Black on an electric guitar. And riffing in lyrics about their universal health care.
They also use Kuala as volleyballs in the very special kangaroo-thats-not-a-knife-this-is-a-knife beach games. It's big in Australia. Like Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman.

30 years ago today....
I was Eleven years old, and Most likely riding my bike, playing with hotwheels, or on my Atari 2600.. I am not sure I may of had my Commodore 64 by then. Either way it would of been a week off from school for the holiday... and I would of been enjoying the time away from school.

Kangaroo racing is a dangerous, deadly, sport. Hundreds die every year from it.

For clarifications sake. Who/what dies?
The rider, the kangaroo or the people laughing at them on the track?

I'm sorry, but you just aren't aware of the kangaroo racing scene. Full sized people are used. There is a baby kangaroo up and coming scene for little people and children, though. But it doesn't get the same amount of funding.
Well. If the kangaroos don't win ... they're shot. And if the pouchies don't win they get their legs broken by their loan sharks.
Australia is hardcore.

WTF.. That sounds worse than cock fighting and pitbull matches.
That's just sick.
I'm sorry but I just don't keep in the know of sick sporting events.

Orph, Crono is just joking. It's confirmed, people are gullible when it comes to Australia.
Dood. America has its awful animal sports so I don't doubt them now.

My favourite one is that "shooers" have to shoo all the kangaroos off the harbour bridge in the morning before we can use it.
Is this anything like cow tipping?
