I just finished an audio book first for me. Its set in the Star Wars universe but its a horror story. Or, what I would classify as mild horror.

If you get the chance, listen/read "Red Harvest"

Its not jump out of your pants scary, but its nothing like anything Star Wars I have ever read or listened to and believe me I have read and listened to a shitload.

Death Troopers is about Star Wars Storm Trooper zombies.

Death Troopers is the (sort of) sequel written by the same author. It handles the same virus, but not in Old Republic times.
