Heh, in the Control Panel, if you go to Edit Profile, you should be able to find box with the text "Enable Christmas Snarks".
The Christmas snarks are here every year. Actually, I am not going to reveal what they really are, so it's a surprise (Don't expect something totally super awesome though

Yes, and just for an added holiday spirit, they explode when you click 'em! ...cause that's what Snarks do....BOOM! Aw, poor little guys. I wish Snarks were real, then the government would make them illegal because people could raise their own grenades without being taxed. Would it still be animal cruelty if you threw them and made them explode? ...They're supposed to blow up, so... ya, food for thought!
(note to self: we need a counter for the member with the most exploded snarks and reward them with snark marks!)
Hope this settles the Snark Rage we were all having, as now you may relieve your stress for a bit! ...At least until New Years.

Google loved our snarks so much they made a Easter egg..
type "let it snow" in google ( maybe chrome only ) and watch what happens.. let it run for a while.. has some neat extra effects.

I've seen snow flakes and other random stuff float down from other sites before. It's not that common, but it's an independent idea that's caught on as something cool for the holidays.
Although I'm pretty sure we're the only one's with exploding ones. That's pretty original.
