Neon Xmas lights, interesting....
What's that in the background? A wooded church/cathedral scene? ...with rain?
I see the lighted trees at the bottom though. It looks like an advertisement for a bar celebrating Xmas in a small town. Wait, I hear sleigh bells, gotta run!
....no not really. There's no snow here....yet. But I do know that part of my job for the next three months is to sit outside in the cold waiting on people that won't come by. (at night btw). Agh, off topic again..

The picture I used as the background was a road in a (I think) a park, with tree's on both sides, and in the end you can see a building that looks like a church like you said.
I don't think there was any rain on the picture, but I see what you mean. Not sure how it got there :S
