As most of you know I've spent many days playing Gothic 2, a Single-Player RPG that never gets old in my opinion.

I've also tried the first Gothic earlier, but a bug prevented me from finishing the game at a certain point. However, back then I downloaded it, because I couldn't find it anywhere for sale.

Now I want to buy it legally and rather on CD (so not like a digital download like Steam does) but the only ones I could find were the ones that were in a package with Gothic 2 and Gothic 3.

However, I already have those two games.

Does anyone know where I can find one? An English version of course.

Perhaps someone around here has the game lying around and is not playing it any more? I'm willing to give something back for it. (To pay for it is going to be hard, I don't have a Paypal account). Perhaps I can give something via Steam Gift as a thanks or something.

I believe I had some problems with the site earlier though, I think it was about using a Dutch credit card. The option for a Dutch credit card was there, but they asked for a certain number that we don't have on our credit cards here. Very odd.

I'm gonna try one from the UK version of Amazon now, since that is closer to my country.

Edit: So close, I tried the UK version of Amazon first, but when it came down to writing down my credit card number, it said it was an invalid number (Even though my card type was in the list)

Then I tried the US version and tried to buy a used version of the game, but then I got told that they can't ship to my country. Same goes for other used versions.

The one on Ebay is too expensive IMO.

Thanks for your help though! Perhaps it works later.

Well, I just found out that the US version doesn't have my credit card type in its list anyway. smiley

Edit: Just found out that the UK amazon needs a UK Maestro credit card, while I have a dutch Maestro card.

Could it be a security number? It would be a 3 digit number on the back of the card.
If you really want it and can't get it anyother way,I'll get it for you and ship it. Don't worry about paying me for it (if it's not a ridiculous amount), but if you feel the need too, we'll work something out.

I didn't even have to fill in the security number yet. And our cards don't even have that number I think, at least, not on the back of the card.

If it goes down to that, which I already really appreciate that you're offering that, I'll definitely see to it that I'll give something back.

It's true that I really want it actually. I've been looking for it for a few years, but fail to find it every time again.
