Can anyone tell me what's happened to my 'account' please?
I'm using the correct Username/pwd combo, correct case etc and it's not working. I try to get it to send me my password and it says the email/username don't match. I even found the account enabling mail and clicked on it again, but it said I was alreay registered.
I don't like posting the query, but I can't find a mail link.
still_CJ (but wants to be C-J again).
1st off, the snarkpit has undergone a recent upgrade to version #4
secondly, there was a topic in version #3 for 2 months concerning user accounts, you must have missed it somehow..
3rdly, if you didn't and your account is still messed up, lep should fix it , no problem..
4th, given all that, if none of these apply to you, you might have considered a user name you liked to live with to ask this question, cause you may be stuck with it for a few days if lep is on vacation again

I'm an almost complete newby, so missed the previous topic on the subject (since Snarkpit has always looked the same to me I'd guess my joining post-dates the switch to V4). I should have searched, but it didn't occur to me that it might be a recurring problem. Apologies.
I can live with still_CJ indefinately if necessary, I just like C-J and was chuffed to get it.
Possibly a silly question, but is the mail address on the site? The 'Contact us' link led me to the FAQ, but not to any contact address I could see. Probably need stronger glasses.

truth be told, i cannot log out to see, but if you had/have access to the members area list, those whom felt it prudent, have the email address's there.. including our noble leader, Lep...
next time, i might suggest looking on a members page
