I am going to make a map set in the Half-Life universe, and I need to know if the combine have any other prison than just Nova Prospekt.

Also, are the locations for each combine city known? (Have they been revealed in one of the games?) Since there are many cities other than city 17.

I find it a bit difficult to make a map for Half-Life 2, as I want to keep it within the limits of the story, if that makes sense.
