You all will probably think I'm crazy but I would like to try to teach myself some calculus (at least a little- depending how difficult it is) I have always wanted to try it but I have never taken any classes over it. I am wondering if anyone would know of any good resources that I could find on the internet. (Free)

I have spent some time with the "Gentle introduction to learning calculus" although I have not looked over it all; I don't think it is going to get into any mathematical examples/explanations. (Just some basic explanation behind it)

So does anyone have any good (and simple) mathematical examples and explantions? Keep in mind that I have had no classes, but I do have a very strong algebraic background though smiley

Wow, just when I need something, I accidentally run into it at the SnarkPit!

Awesome, I'm currently doing mathematics at university and I haven't done it in a long while. This seems perfect, the MIT lectures. I've seen physics ones, but I just forgot that it is possible that there could be a maths one too :P
