i am unsure jeff, but i bet the ratios are better with your cable than normal DSL..

i can download ungodly speeds, i downloaded the 1.4 gig HL2 rip in 3 hours and 24 minutes.. my uploads are substantially smaller..

my old cable was nearly the same upload and downloading, but it was down to often so i switched to DSL.
