They changed the system half way though. Something like for some people, their username is their email address, and then their display name is something else that you can't search for. So try their email as their username.

did you add 4777 at the end? or maybe its just omegaslayer? I CANT REMEMBER IM SO CONFUSED!!!

Email = purple_monkey_dishwasher_86@hotmail.com

Mine's of the older variation, so my email *might* be my username.
