/heres to my young stupidity

you are confusing the hook on the chain, with the tow hitch.. the part that covers the ball when you connect the two together, is called the hook sometimes.

It looks like its in the order you sign on. Meaning the person at top has been signed on the longest ... in otherwords it's a que Which is a very simple algorithm. It's the only pattern I see. (this means in the data structure used names are added only one end and they are removed only on the opposite end, whether it's the beginning or end of the structure doesn't matter.) [addsig]

I picked this bit of trivia up on NPR radio yesterday, no fair going to the website to look up the answer.

1st question- what is it in hardwood trees that make them hard.

hardwood trees are hard because they store, or lock away small portions of the carbon they get from the CO2 they breathe. slower growing hardwoods are harder cause the carbon is more dense..

anyways, thats my understanding.
