what bothers me is, people whom assume its the US cause it sounds like it is.

T.B. you can't possibly believe that although it is in our history that its not a common malady do you?
i bet there are 100's of instances where countries are ruled to death by outside powers..
i know what you mean, but i don't see it as only a US thing.
