A lot of people deliberately spell my name wrong as an extremely funny (?) joke, but just in case this wasn't the plan, it ends rey, not ery I think my spelling isn't actually right, but that's my name, and it's better than that silly Geoff spelling. In the first year of uni, I met this very worrying girl, who after finding out my name, went on to tell me that her and her friend (no, don't start getting ideas guys) had some wierdo long running thing about jeffs/geoffs, and that she always argued the J way was better. A lot of wierd people at uni

It's not something that keeps me awake at night, I just prefer it if people don't spell my name wrong. Don't know why

Sorry man, but that last one is hilarious. I mean it doesn't relate to your name at all, but as a word in it's own right, peckerbobber is such a funny word. I'm laughing myself stupid as I type this

My name is Alexander Charles Samuel Stevenson. I have 2 middle names.

Look at the initials- ACSS. The reason I have 2 middle names is so that my initials wouldn't be ASS.

My parents hate me. [addsig]

My second name is simpson. Loads of people have tried to make some kind of 'the simpsons' joke out of it, but none of them were ever that funny.

Monqui - wouldn't it have been easier to just leave out the samuel part?

prolly, but i am betting on two popular grampa's, or uncles

my grandsons name is "Devon Scott-Lee Rickenbacker" and my grand daughters is "Jayla Alexis Holder Rickenbacker"

my son, who helped name them, has no conscience at all :/

My grandfather was named Samuel, and he died not long before I was born, so it was in memory of him.

And they had alread decided on the Alexander part, so they didn't want to change that. [addsig]

My dad went to a school reunion, he saw this guy who was a great runner at his school, and went over to him and said 'you are jeff smith (dunno if it was smith, doesnt matter), aren't you?'. The guy said no, John smith. Dad asked him if he was the running guy, and he said yes. He then went over to one of his old teachers, pointed at john and said 'see that guy over there', the teacher said 'yeah, that's jeff smith', dad replied with 'no, he's called john'. Oh, said the teacher.

I'm called jeff because 'jeff smith' was Dad's hero or something at school. And no, I'm not an amazing runner.

Hah, doesn't bother me at all to be honest. Better that he at least tried to pick a name that had some kind of meaning to him than if he had just picked one from a baby names book.
