You know what, I don't give a toss. The case was closed and there wasn't really much point in leaving the topic open so you could go on making weak jokes about latex.

SnarkPit was down again for me today. Was it some problem with Oktagone? Or was it just a routine site maintainence? Could it be just me?

unable to load screenshots of new map pics in profile.

upload from my computer not URLS

after I hit submit, it takes me to a completely white page and says done on bottom.

i'm having the same trouble as DocRock, in as much as i can't upload a map model. it took some info at the 1st attempt, filename and description, but no pic. after i deleted the file to try again, it wouldn't accept anything. :/ [addsig]

Sorry about the file uploads not working, it's a server/PHP module doowhalley missing that means thumbnails can't be generated.

Just a little niggle...



As you can see, the unreal collapse menu and the HL collapse menu are sat on the same line. On the same topic, how about putting a number next to each game title, eg...

Half-Life 2 (3) +expand

Half-Life (7) +expand

When i click on the 'homepage' link in the control panel it goes to the page but says Error opening ../pits/rumple/ and shows nothing else.

The new "message was lasted edited on:" message.. it is italicizing the signatures

not a bad thing, i wish my sig was italicized.

I believe Lep said that the web site is now hosted on a different computer. Well, I can definitely feel the difference. Everything loads a lot slower, and sometimes the website even becomes unresponsive.

Is this going to be a permanent issue?

They've been doing things with the servers the last few weeks; today it seems lovely and fast and hopefully it'll stay this way from now on

what i was talking about was a problem with accessing my webspace, nothing to do with full urls

The first time I tried out the "random profile" button, the random profile that came up was for the user 'Random'. Just a strange coincidence. [addsig]

When posting news on the site and associating it with a map, it would be nice if the drop down list of maps was sorted by game. I have 2 maps called "echo", and as they aren't differentiated from one another I wouldn't know which to post news about.
