I never really understood the popularity of scientist killing maps, games and sites. I mean, sure, a bit of mindless action is fun - Serious Sam is quite good at it - but what's the appeal in hunting down innocent people and whacking them with bits of metal until they stop screaming?

Its more of a social thing for me. I usually play Half-Life to interact with people, and talk/hang around. Scientist Hunt is one of those dumb mods that allows you to not even play the game; yet still have fun and benfit from it. And my scihunt maps were made from boredom, and general love of the mod .

Im not going to bother downloading a mod when i can make a map full of scientists and place a nuke in the middle to watch them all scream and die at the same time. [addsig]
