Let's have a comparison.

Do you want to play with this swashbuckling ass-carpenter? I think not; in fact, the gaydar is near breaking point looking at the goddamn expression on his face. Or, would you rather be

This badass elf-man? That's exactly right. When it comes down to it, nobody seriously wants kiddy graphics, no matter how much extra time the developer takes to make them look decent.
In the previous Zelda games, if there was very little substance to the story, then they did a hell of a job making you feel like you were a part of it; SNES Zelda, one of the greatest games ever made, didn't actually have the detail to its plot that the N64 versions had, but it put you in that world, however small. At any rate, it's better than "LOL EVERYTHING U DID IN ALL TEH OTHAR GAMES IS OVAR... HYRULE SI DESTROYed LOL!Ol!OL! OK SO U WAKE UP ON AN ILSLAND... lol".

Simply the fact that you cropped it like that made me jump out of my chair. ![]()
Most I've ever played of Windwaker is only about an hour. Too bad I don't have a Gamecube. Then again, Majora's Mask is super-difficult and it took me ages just to figure out how to get the Ocarina. Which is really a shame, as I'm rather fond of all the Zelda games.

I bought Metroid Prime without any anticipation or expectations, and was quite blown away. I agree Mario Sunshine was better in some areas than 64, but as a whole I really don't think so. It's for sure a rent and test yourself kind of game. Smash Bros. Melee is great for single player as well as multiplayer, as there is a lot more for single players this time around. Ocarina of Time disc is great, I have the other disc because I'm a collector as well as a nostalgic gamer, so I enjoyed it. It's also good if you don't have Majora's Mask, although it isn't a perfect port (a few known sound issues).
I just finished Link to the Past and Four Swords on my NES SP the other night, I know the game too well after SNESing it up for so many years, puzzles that had me for hours have turned into like 15 min dungeons. But playing it again I remembered why I loved the game so much. Although a few changes they made notably the voice addition for link really strokes my fur the wrong way. I hate young link, he's a nuisance, his voice is irritating, I'll stick with the awesome adult link thank you. ![]()

very close to Majora's Mask as far as "fun" level goes. [addsig]
