4 people voted "Story what?"

i am going to assume they are legit responses/votes.

the story thread is a concept brought over from prefablands forums.. its a thread dedicated to telling a tale. members post replies, in such a way as to continue the plot/storyline.

preferably people remain true to the concept, but on occasion, a new replier will not read the story before responding, and it takes us a bit to get back on track..

the people participating, usually respond in single words, or sentences, but a few have taken it to a level of the paragraph.. this is not frowned upon, but if you take to long to type, someone may slip in a reply before you do, and render one or the other moot ,hopefully the last member will use the "edit" button, to fix his tardy reply.

good story threads, require no editing, but even so, all are somewhat entertaining to read, cause of the rise and fall of plots incurred.

that, in a nutshell, is a story thread..
