Also, I took a look at your code. Make sure you load all your javascripts from a .js file. It takes ages to load a page which has almost exactly the same content on it.
And i think I know what makes the page that laggy ... it's
- the horizontal background-thingy.
- the news-scroller at the bottom of the page. When you're mouse is out of it, it keeps on scrolling, even when it isn't in the view of the visitor. Get some better scroller, or just put a scrollbar in that table. There's no need to let a thing move that isn't even on the screen.

For the rest: make sure you enable that right-click again, or just protect your most complex pages with it.
(for example, you programmed a top-notch menu and you don't want anyone ripping it, disable right-clicking. But know in thy heart that everything you see on the screen is actually plain code being executed, and code is easily viewable from the browser cache or with a tool like BlackWidow or something. Right-click is fool-proof, but that's about it. Any advanced computer user or webdesigner could easily rip every site design. Sad, but true.)
For the rest, keep up the good work !
