bleh, To say the truth, Im actually getting tired of all the fuss over HL2, No offense at all but if they do delay it again, Ill kill myself. Even though I wouldnt care but the forums will just fill up with whining. I myself am not too excited for the release of this title because I do not have a super fast computer to power it. Coming Feburary, I will, I've decided to buy an Alienware ALX. But on second thought, they can't delay the game anymore because it's already gone gold, right? That would be nonsense.

Yeah, it's impossible for it to be delayed. Though some people will complain it will, because it is supposed to go live on Steam at midnight US Pacific time, which is GMT -8. So lots of people will be like "Rawr! It's the 16th and I don't have it yet!" [addsig]

Heh, also consider the fact that it's kind of difficult to delay a game when people already have it!

I think I'll start preloading around now, maybe. But my new system isn't coming for a few weeks, so I guess I'll have to play it in it's unadorned DX7 glory.

I have a feeling EBX is going to jump the gun. They're saying its out on Monday, when the release date is Tuesday.

I Dont understand.. They aren't going to realease a hardcopy? Is it Steam only? Thats whack. I don't understand, because like I said, Im not a huge fan (shi**y computer) of this YET, until I get my new system.

What valve is trying to do is phase Vivendi out of their distributions of Valve software.


And you don't need anything insanly impressive to run HL2. I think Gwil is one of the only people here who actually has to upgrade to run it [addsig]

Indeed Crono is correct, considering I can't even run Source games Having said that the estimated delivery date for my shiny new uber expensive box with TFT monitor is Wednesday. At last 7 years I have waited for liberation!
