I'd blame my occasional arm pains (of the stretched muscle/cramp variety) on my desk. The desk is too small and pokey for long-term use. [addsig]

I think I had some sort of a pain in my right elbow a year ago or something. I think I cured it with a few pushups ^_^

Nowadays, my back hurts more or less everyday. Probably because of me sitting to much infront of the screen. Perhaps a better chair would help me.

When I've been gaming or surfing too long, my wrist and arm start to hurt, but that doesn't happen very often, because before that, my eyeballs start popping out

It's just a sign you've been in the same position for too long. Get up, see the world, meet new people. Well, for about 10 minutes, then get back.

? quoting Tracer Bullet

It wouldn't hurt you, but I'd be amazed if you could swallow that much. Try eating ten or so boxes of chalk and you will have gotten about that dosage.

Depends though on what it is your taking. Calcuim wouldn't be a problem but it would be different with sleeping pills. Of course everyone already knows this.
