Is it a game that you must have STEAM to run? OR is it ONLY using the Source engine? Graphics look okay. [addsig]

It's just an engine base. No steam, it wasn't made by Valve and Valve hasn't leased out steam to other companies yet.

Isn't it the third in the series? I didn't care for Masquerade that much. [addsig]
