Thats cool so your saying if I have a 3 mp digital camera. And get a atachment lens then I can increase my picture quality? If so thats great.

No, if you are limited by an internal lense, another external one won't help. What I meant was that getting a 4 mp one won't give you a better image if your 3 mp camera has a big lense and the new 4 mp one has a small lense.
