No Idea if its the full version, but judging from the download time it probably isn't

What is everybody on about the "full version" for? The full SDK was released weeks ago.

We already have the full version, and the last Steam update was a CS:Source and engine update.

I know. I don't personally care about it because I'm making hl2dm maps

EDIT: I also can't make a mod because I don't have that Microsoft C++ 2004 thing. I have an older version but I doubt that will work
