But there is something else in Dr. Kleiner's lab that i only *JUST* realized...
On the video surveilance system .. it shows a picture of the guard at his post .. when you put on your suit this guard leaves and Barney says "we gotta go.." If you continue to watch the screen, the camera will change and show the G-Man standing right beside the fence that the guard was at... then he walks away.
A quick 'noclip' and I found the host area for that camera shot - and it was indeed the G-Man .. standing there. I wonder where else in the game they have 'snuck' him in.

I dont know how in th hell valve would ever explane the g-man as future gordon, because....
A.) backwards time travel is impossible and even in the game world it would create a parodox that would loop till the end of time. you just CAN NOT travel back in time, try and wrap your head around it:
Your father is killed when your 10 years old, so 40 years later you travle back in time and save your dad, thus your father never was killed and you never invented time travel to save your dad who is not dead, but by not inventing time travel you arn't able to go back in time in the first place and save your father who now is dead becuase you never invented time travel. So to save your father you invent time travel and save his life. So now your stuck in a loop that will go on and on...
...unless there are parallel dimentions or sub space, etc.
B.) The G-Man looks NOTHING like freeman

I leave no comment on how likely it is.
At least they have the same eye-colour.

Another thing I noticed, they have got the same shape of face. His cheecks have the same form too.
That's just freaky azelito... N1
I've seen the G-Man 2 times when I first played through the game... After that I went reading some other forums, and there people had mad a list, of where the G-Man shows up... I think it was around 14 times. He was in every chapter, except in Ravenholm if I can recall good. <.< chicken... (or I was just too scared to not notice him

Basicly, if the G-Man is Gordon Freeman, he knew that Gordon wouldnt choose his own death since he was alive and had already done that before. I know this is pretty f**ked up but I would not be surprised if they are the same person.

It's a good thing you're here to police the forums. Who knows how many flamewars will be averted with BioPulse on the case!!

Nonsense. Changing the past is perhaps impossible as it's already happened by definition, and seeing as the GMan isn't killing Gordon then this is a perfectly decent time loop for him to travel!
And DrGlass, your dad has died before you travel back in time, so presumably either there is a parallel dimension, or you can't kill him if you travel back in time. Obviously a "clockwork universe" interpretation would fix this and say why, but nnnnooo we have to have all this nondeterministic nonsense ![]()

Well you haven't thought about it, Lep is right.
You dad is dead, you travel back to save him, do you save hime? You-
Do- you then go on to invent time travel for a different purpose, but this doesn't seem wierd and a new different loop is formed where you don't go back to save your dad.
Do- your dad then dies again and the timeline is just shiffted forward.
Don't- he dies and you go on to realised theres no point, but the other you goes on to make the time machine.

Perhaps Gordon IS G-man, and the reason he never talks is because he was never confident with his speech impediment
