No snow whatsoever in North Berwick, but Scotland got quite a hit for Christmas. Its quite popular in Scotland at any rate to place bets on whether it snows in your home town, and apparently the bookies lost a lot this time around Here though, its just been fairly gloomy and horrible. Had a pretty nice thunderstorm with fork lightning the other day, which you don't often see here in the UK.

thanx to asswipes like you, i will never have to worry about my bladder control problem again.. the problem took care of itself, IE i have no control any longer.. thanx to you guys i pee non-stop so there is no need to worry about control

glad to see you got the day off doc, me, the weather has been wet and miserable. today is supposed to be moisture free, but cold, and i need to work on my car out in it

the snow storm we had was prior to Xmas and the white stuff lasted till afterward, so we had a white Christmas, a rarity in Arkansas.

snow amounts have been light for decades, usually less than 4 inches at any one event.

have fun, go make snow docs *ahem* angels

missed you ol' man. i was beginning to fear that the disks i sent you ruined your computers as you have been quiet of late.

welcome back

All your weather keeps coming our way, Doc! Curses!

I think you've got more on the ground than we do, but it's been falling almost non-stop for well over 24 hours... getting into the 36-48 range. Might let up today. A bit cold, too. Brr. [addsig]

We've had no snow since early-mid december and then it was just enough to cover the ground for the night.
It has mainly been clear skys but the wind has been quite high so it would freeze you and weve had the odd day of rain here.

I wish i was back in canada this chistmas just gone i love snow on crimbo day. [addsig]

beautiful day today....sunshine, crisp air, great moods all around the house.....broke out the sleds for the young-uns....had to go supervise......man, it was a blast.....lol

but.....

i am officially old.....after about 15 trips down the hill, and then after the crawl back up, i was done for......the littlest daughter and her friends all but had to carry me back up the hill......now mind you, i had at least two kids on the sled for the trek back up the hill each time, but.....**reaches for 911 speed dial**

Its about time snow started falling and the thermometer started showing negative 30 Celcius.

I walked to school today and my face froze within 5 minutes. Ahh... How I had missed that feeling...

Heh, I also had a snow day today. City buses are running, schools are open, but what the hell, eh? It's pretty calm out now though, with little wind and snow/rain. This morning was pretty bad though, with freezing rain and wind. Who wants to wait for a bus in that?

So, about 10-15cm here, and lotsa freezing rain = no school today.

"in soviet Russia, you don't melt the snow, the snow melts you" seriously though, in more polluted districts of Moscow, the stuff was BLACk and frickin toxic. [addsig]

The most tired and overused Family Guy joke EVER.

It never snows in Oregon, yet "weather men" always claim it "might". Like tomorrow.
The last time it snowed was last January, and it sucked because it froze over. Before that it didn't really snow for about three years. Damn valley.

Asshole

I'm talking about the areas that people actually live in, not the mountains.
I'd like it to snow at my house. Usually when people say "I'd like it to snow" they mean where they live, not somewhere that's relatively out of the way and a pain in the ass to get to.
