Doubt it... Atlantis sounds like the make, and 9600 Pro was quite old... So I'd say stick with the FX5200...

The FX5200 is in line with the 9200 I believe. Atlantis should be the
manufacturer for that one. So I think in power it would most likely end
up being lower than the FX5200 (My guess off-hand is the 9000 is
similar to a TNT2).
