If you tell a page to print which has a coloured background then it will print on white background, though it will print text the same colour.....
This can be changed partly, you can tell the printer to not ignore coloured background, but when its just printed a black page the piece of paper is like a wet sheet of bog roll, and it never dries flat unless you put it on a table, in which case it usually stains the table... ![]()

The new vs old topic snarks arn't refreshing. I now have new posts going on to the second page (and 2 1/2 days ago). Kind of odd, if you need a screen shot just ask.
Edit: I see a few others have been having the same problem previously, I'll try Orph's method

Anybody know how to stop cycler models from bleeding like aliens? my lamp-posts & cars bleed :S

Yes. You have to viciously hack the cycler entity like I did ![]()
Translation: you can't do it without coding.

not truly a bug, but an inquiry..
where exactly do these stats come from?
i for one, on page 1 of the member list have no less than 8 people with scores of 5/5 .. and i am prolly the least nice here, i am betting other have even more people with 5/5 scores out there, cause a lot of people here are more "people" minded than myself..
yet it has lep as most ( i don't doubt he is, but the reading says only 4 people at 5/5)
anyways, i was just curious, how are these scores kept tally..??
the fact that i have 8 people at 5/5 renders this chart faulty..
*whispers* i had to laugh at jeffs tho.. i only found 2 people worthy of a 1/5

If you don't use the "keep me longed in feature" (which I don't because if I do the new posts icons never work right), it'll log you out if you spend too long writing a post. This sucks cause you can lose entire posts, often the long ones.
Also, all my backslashes keep disappearing in the RESGen thread... It's a bit irritating.

i stay logged in, and still lose stuff, cause SP has been offline so much i think..
i copy/paste all my big replies now, just in case.. so i feel for anyone who loses stuff
press "ctrl A" while the cursor is in the text window, then "ctrl C" then "ctrl V" and at least you retain something
i wish i knew why it does that tho, cause every once in a while i forget.. and it always seems to happen when there is about 1000 characters of text ![]()

I posted this in a thread in the maps section but I'll post it in here as well.
There is something weard when I tryed to look at the tutorials it kept saying no tutorials by this user found when I was loged in but when I loged out I could look through them perfectly fine.

Orph, that's been fixed. I think you'll find someone is more generous than thee
Do those images in the timezone box always break for you, or is that a one off?
Cash, you're kept logged in for 15 minutes of inactivity, but I've upped it to 20 minutes- upping that time is the only way I can think of to sort this short of hiding a strange hashed version of your password in the HTML somewhere which I don't really want to do... I've also made the 'you need to be logged in' error message show the message you typed in below it so you can just copy and paste it back in...
Gimp, that should be fixed.
