Hey, CombineOnslaught was the first map i downloaded for HL2. I got my maps for HL1 working fine before, but this one's a ".rar" file format and i'm not sure what to do with it. Can anyone help me?

rar, is a file compression program like winzip.

go to www.download.com and get "winrar"

another question. i've been working on this one for a little while. I've learned how to do port forwarding recently, but when i read the help files for steam it says i need to forward ports (i did that) and then edit a certain file to make it work online through my cable router. does anyone know how to do this? i've been playing around with the files they said to and i can't find what they're talking about.

i tried the steam site and it didn't help, and i'm still waiting for authorization for their forums.
