Hello again, i was wondering the language bar at the bottom, even if i go on the toolbars and right click, toolbars and disable languages, it comes nack after every turn on and off.

Try poking around in your regional/language settings (control panel) - but once I turn mine off, it stays off. So I can't imagine why it isnt working...

Control Panel -> regional and language options -> languages tab, click "details" - click on Language Bar in there and make sure it's disabled. Also, remove any other language packs, if you have any installed. [addsig]
