Esentially, this new site lets people borrow and lend money to/from others, in an eBay stylee (you can search for and specify your own interest rates too). Apparently it's pretty well safeguarded against fraud too, presumably through bank account details.
Any other websites which you think should follow offering similar services- we've got Google Answers, Wikipedia, and now community-money-lending, but what next? Wife-swapping, perhaps?
