I installed the 30 day free trial of SpySweeper 27 days ago and I've decided that I wanted to uninstall it. So I did and I thought it was done and over with. I get back on my computer today and I find that when I logged into my profile that SpySweeper had started back up and the icon was back on the desktop. Know one else installed it because I had deleted the install file. I went to the Add and Remove programs in my Control Panel and it didn't show anything for SpySweeper. I then searched the harddrive and found the SpySweeper folder with all the files still in it. I tried to delete the whole folder but it said I couldn't because it was copy right protected. The profile I'm on is an admin so I should be able to do whatever I want. Whats going on and how the heck do I get this damn program off my harddrive? [addsig]

go to the RUn on your start menu

type MSCONFIG

then go to the "startup" tab

then uncheck anything do do with spysweeper

then restart your machine and u should be able to delete the folder
