Since the clan chapter in the server sticky isn't accessible, I guess I'll have to make a seperate post. We are due to play pmers (one of the top HLDM clans!) tomorrow, Sunday the 24th, at 21:00 GMT. Their map is dm_frenzy with friendly fire ON (uhoh!), ours is, as always, dm_torque with FF off. We are playing in the SC server...

I'll give it a shot too, though we need some practice before hand..!

PS I'm not sure if I have the right one, but the dm_frenzy I just downloaded is a godawful remake- I seem to recall the original having slightly better layout, and it even looked better than this tragedy.

There is no reasoning behind some people's taste smiley I haven't taken a look at it, but I can't say I expect to be impressed.

I'm up for having a practice, and am free tonight if anybody else wants to have a go. We can just jump in the server and throw up a password I guess....though I've actually no idea how to put on a password smiley

FF off is a good thing, it means we CAN'T injure each other. Its when we play their map Frenzy that we will have to be careful.

How many times am I gonna have to say this smiley In order to play for the clan, you need to be registered. In order to register you for the clan, I need your steam ID (which you get by typing "status" in the console during a game). Even after that it can take some time before you are allowed to play, though I think since this is early in the league they aren't too bothered about that part.

/me would do jig, except i am still the most inept at fragging :P

/me will wait to see how badly we lose, or how magnificently we win.. this way i will know if i could have made us lose worse, or just win by a narrow margin smiley

Me considers joining despite my tendency to use explosive-based weapons and common household items against everyone I bump into.

I think you should play too. Who cares how bad you/we play? We aren't doing it for money, are we ?
