sven co-op was my favourite hl1 mod, and now its getting shined up and "sourced".
i love the new models, especially the combine super soldier looking the way it was suposed to in the first place, the maps look pretty good too.

now we just have to wait for the dudes who's making the mod to finnish it.

It works if you copy and paste the URL into your browser.

Personally, I think their version of the combine super soldier looks pretty bad. It looks like it's got a giant white marshmallow headcrab eating it. And when it tried to pull it off it's head, it just got marshmallow all over its hands.

How does it even manage to see?

Edit: Their site says it was based on one of Valve's unused concept sketches. I say it was scrapped for a reason.

you got a point, i still like it though, when i first tried hl2 i thought that the combine super soldier would look like that, so actually, i got a bit disoppointed when i saw them in the game, but their version of it could use some more detail.

Sven Co-op used a bunch of original monsters in their game, so I'm not surprised that they are using them now. I like it smiley

I love SC even though I only found it about a month ago. It's one of the greatest LAN party games ever if everyone can get organized. [addsig]

I second that. The artist's imagination just went a bit overboard. The result is almost humorous; reminds me of a combine super soldier with a giant squid sucking on his head.
