I hesitate to say ?experienced", since I know many people who can rock my face at any game. However, I don't know to what comparison this is being made at. [/color]
2) How many computers do you have in your home?
7-10
3) What game consoles do you have in your home (list all that apply)?
NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2
4) What types of games do you play (list all that apply)?
1 - RPG
2 - Adventure (This genre is compensating for FAR too many genres, in your survey anyway)
3 - FPS's
4 - RTS
5 - Fighting
6) Which view-mode do you prefer?
Depends on the game and how it is set up. But, taking that First person is only good for limited game types: Third-person
7) What was the last game you bought, and which game do you currently play the most?
I just found a store that has like a billion new copies of all the RE-GC games. So I picked up RE2. I still have yet to play it, might as well use a controller that suits the series.
I don't really have time to play much anymore
I think the last game I sat down and played was ... Cold Fear and that was two months ago.
8 ) Which is more important to you, gameplay or storyline?
Game play
examples
gameplay, no storyline: Super Mario Brothers
no gameplay, enormous storyline: Final Fantasy X
and we all know that Mario rocks FFX's face.
9) How important are graphics to your gaming experience?
Depends on the type of game. In an FPS it's pretty important, taking that it's pretty much all eye-candy with an (hopefully) excellent story, so the graphics will only enhance the experience. However, on the other hand with something like RPGs, I'm disgusted with what they've become. I want my 2-D sprites back, NOW.
But, if you mean graphics as in ?not text?. Incredibly important.
10) What games are you looking forward to in the next 6 months?
Advance Wars: Under Fire
Area 51 (comp edition)
Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana
Black and White 2 (not six months, but blah)
Call of Duty 2
Castlevania DS (need a DS first)
Dragon Quest VIII
Fable: Lost Chapters
F.E.A.R
Fire Emblem
Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones
Hitman: Blood Money (this better be coming out on PC)
Killer 7
The Legend of Zelda (VIII)
Lunar Genesis DS (need a DS first)
Mega Man Anniversary Collection
Metal Slug 4 & 5
Metal Slug Advance 1
Onimusha 4
Riviera: The Promised Land
Shadow of the Colossus (Wanda and Colossus/Ico2/Nico)
Soul Calibur III
Stubbs the Zombie
Viewtiful Joe DS (need a DS first)
Wild Arms: Alter Code F

And that comment about FFX having no gameplay is so subjective - personally I find it to have far more gameplay than "look I can jump!" Super Mario Brothers. Not that FFX was exactly a crowning moment in the series
