Well -- in related news I was playing the new Timesplitters game and in the 8th level where you're infiltrating the Ugenics lab, you steal a keycard and a uniform. The keycard says Gordon. Your NPC ally says "Nice uniform! You should be able to pass for one of them, now remember, your name is Gordon. Lead on Doctor."

Subtle references abound!

In TS2 there was a challenge level (Half-Death) which took place in the hangar with scientists and aliens. (There's also "Dead Fraction" and another one which was a spoof on Turok the Dino Hunter or something.) Seems the Free Radical team likes the HL series, no ;D?
