Yeah I cleaned out everything, well not my .cab but I did use driver clean.

well... now that I think about it, I do have an "ATI control panel" in my add/remove list but when I try to uninstall it gives me an error. "Error extracting support files: ...can not find file"

I maybe didn't clean out my reg well though. bah I dont know
