make a mod, with ninjas and lasers and other cool stuff.
then you can get world famous for the best mod ever, and make money without clicking any links or getting free ipods.

or you could buy guild wars.

A brand-new copy of Psychonauts (PC) is $30. Gah, now I feel like "KFS pimping Beyond Good and Evil" constantly. <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/sad.gif">

The game is great. Now if only you could find a decent server with good players who believe in TEAMWORK... <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/sad.gif"> That, I have yet to find. Unless you go face off a clan.

New
In rough order of price

StarCraft $12 (PC)
Onimusha 3 $15 (PS2)
Final Fantasy: Christal Chronicles $20 (GC)
Splinter Cell 1,2 $5-$20 (PC, or any console)
Far Cry $20 (PC)
Alien Hominid $20 (GC, PS2)
Baulder's Gate II Collection $20 (PC)
Black & White Delux $20 (PC)
MoH: Pacific Assault $20 (PC)
Chrome $20 (PC)
Prince of Persia: Warrior Within $20 (PC)
Chronicles of Riddick $20 (PC) [Be forwarned it requires SP1 on XP, Bleh!]
Zelda: The Minish Cap $30 (GBA)
Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga $30 (GBA)
Mario Vs. Donkey Kong $30 (GBA)
AstroBoy $30 (GBA)
River City Ransom $30 (GBA)
Metroid: Fusion $30 (GBA)
Metroid: Zero Mission $30 (GBA)
Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow $30 (GBA)
Final Fantasy: Dawn of Souls $30 (GBA)
Fire Emlbem $30 (GBA)
Psychonaunts $30 (PC)
Advent Rising $30 (PC) [Out This Month]
Area 51 $30 (PC) [Out This Month]
Call of Duty $30 (PC)
Doom 3 $30 (PC)
Morrowind: Game of the Year Edition $30 (PC)
Painkiller Gold $30 (PC)
Rise of Nations Gold $30 (PC)
UT2k4: Editor's Choice $30 (PC)

All Player Choice games $5-$20 (PS2, GC, XBX) [Best Buy usually has some sales on these for $10]

Used
In rough order of price, as I've noticed

Onimusha $5-10 (PS2)
Silpheed $5-10 (PS2)
Eternal Darkness $4-15 (GC)
Ikaruga $10-20 (GC)

Find a good used store and you can find beautiful games for under $20. I think, when I usually go, I feel ripped off if I pay more then $25 for something.
You could always Buy a used DreamCast for $20 and download all the games you can't find, burn them, and have an entire collection!
Also, a used game card at EB Games can be a wise investment. (If you spend about $85 on used games, the card will pay for its self and save you about $3 during that purchase. Sadly, now, you save a flat rate rather then on how many games you purchase)

There are many, MANY, more.

I don't know. You have the internet, give a look around.

[EDIT]

Freedom Fighters $10 (PC) [Very good game made by IO-Interactive, just wish it had multi-player like its console counterparts]

Blame it on Microsoft, God does.

If you like survival horror, check out Fatal Frame 1 and 2. They cost about ?10 a piece in the UK and are available on both PS2 and Xbox, with the Xbox versions being the best ones to pick up due to a fair amount of extra content and improved graphics/audio. They really are pretty damn scary at times, and they have a really cool and unique combat system.

Well, good for you. <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_wink.gif"> Psychonauts is the new Beyond Good and Evil. Complete with already being virtually impossible to find on shelves. <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/sad.gif">

Evil Genius has also dropped in price... Scrapland was pretty cool, sort of a BG&E meets GTA3 style going for it. The original KOTOR should be dirt cheap on xbox or PC, that's always worth it if you haven't played it yet...

If you have the machine and the connection to download, you cannot beat the price of this one..

In fact, I highly recommend this game for those people suffering from builders block.. There are some noteworthy maps ideas in this..

I bought scrapland and was uttely underwhelmed by it. The idea sounded cool and all but the world (though seemingly quite large) felt empty, and the environments you could visit felt like large paths with no worthwhile interaction. The limited number of NPC types, that all repeat the same few lines of dialogue, meant the world didn't feel populated and alive, but merely "made busy". Soundtrack also really got on my nerves from what I heard of it - the entire atmosphere just didn't do it for me to be honest.

I might go back and give it another shot sometime, but from first impressions it failed to live up to any of my expectations <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/sad.gif">

In the UK they are double, even triple the prices of America in some cases.

Thats fairly rare to be honest. Console titles these days tend to launch at ?30 in the UK, while it looks like they are still $50 in the US, which is pretty even going by the current exchange rate. Sure you will find some cases where a game is much cheaper in the US, but also keep in mind its not uncommon for games to come out as much as a year earlier in the US, and so when the game finally comes out full price in the UK, its likely there will have been price drops on it in the US making it substantially cheaper there.
