Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind, I've played for years and never really "beat" it. I like games like that because of their endless playability gbecause they are so non-linear, and don't really have much of a set goal at all. You can go and do whatever.

Thing i noticed with morrowind is that i didnt actualy notice that i had a storyline till i was "overpowerd" you could say, ill allready maxxed everyskill and the fact you can kill Literaly EVERYTHING was good in a sence. quest wise morrowind was kind of poor, let me down in the sence. the storyline was a very boring and it was a parts complecated. I evan cheated on that at some points, i oculd evan complete it with cheats, there is somewhere / somewhat that i missed its a game where you at some points HAVE to read what is said.

I did however like the quests for the "oo what is it now havnt played it in a year or so" the things like the imperials thingies. cant totaly remember what they were called, but there was loads of them (there was a thief one i believe asswell) and a few others. niceley coded game though.

Morrowind is defenatly the most "free" RPG ive played, you can literaly do anything you like and sometimes not have to worry, thing is most of the time you kill someone you need for a quest later on in the game.

Yeah that's why I liked it. It was very free, and if you go around kiling people for fun, you screw yourself up for later on. I loved it, I still play it a lot.

You didn't complete HL1, HL2, or Doom 3, yet you did complete Enter The Matrix...there is something wrong with that picture <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif">

One thing I can't figure out myself is that when I first started playing NOLF2, I was enthralled by the graphics and the gameplay (particularly the dialogues). But somehow I just lost interest. I am currently wandering around in Siberia, at this Russian record building, shooting a seemingly endless group of Russian guards.

It gets old after a while. I just can't get myself to continue the game at this point.

I am going back to MOHAA to finish it. It's a good game, I don't know why I haven't finished it sooner.

Other games I finished: Doom, Doom II, Deus Ex, Unreal II, Far Cry, and Half-Life 2. I never played the original Half-Life, but I think I'll get around to it when I don't work these crazy long hours.

I know, but "I had time to" is a vague phrase. Everyone has enough time. It's just hard to make time. Without sleeping or eating, there will be enough time to finish a game.

It's all a matter of priority.

NOLF2 was brilliant. You owe it to yourself to finish it. The Russian archives level is really the only one that's difficult to find your way around. Last level is pretty easy too. But still, it's great! Finish it!

Thanks for the encouraging words. I'll definitely get around to finish that...after I finish Medal of Honor first (I bought the Deluxe Edition, with Spearhead bundled in with it).

With a busy work schedule and the upcoming wedding, time is a precious commodity right now. I didn't get to go to the gym until 9:30 pm last night, but I still managed to make it and had a good workout.

I think my fiance was a bit miffed at me for playing half-an-hour of MOHAA after she's gone to bed. <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/sad.gif">

The secret to success is to buy your spouse/future spouse a complete system and she will stop the competitive nature she harbors.

My wife used to say snide remarks under her breath about this or that pertaining to my computer time. She now has her own system/scanner/printer,camera and 17 inch monitor all hooked up to a p3 500

She no longer mumbles.

hehe somehow games with fancy moves dont bore me i guess i finished both max payne games too. in ETM there was the added motivation of reaching the end for being able to use the samourai sword (which wasnt all that cool, but meh).

The thing with HL1 is that i found its multiplayer aspects (i.e. mods like tfc, flf, dc) far more interesting then its SP.

for HL2 and D3 it was a timing aspect, while i had no other games when i played ETM, i had Rome Total War when i had D3 and HL2, and somehow Rome got me too addicted. when i finish that i definately plan on contiuing HL2 and D3 , but that will be something for after the exams, holiday and compo

I didn't even complete that, some games just don't keep my interest (and yea, I still haven't completed HL 1 or 2.)

I can understand how people get bored of HL1 and give up *points at Xen*, but HL2 you must be joking, i cant see how you can get bored of that (unless youve allready completed it a few times over). just take something with you that you can fling about, that allways keeps your intrest =P

You realy should, it gets better and better and better, something you realy HAVE to complete.

Even after completing HL2 several times, I am still interested in playing it. But instead of starting from the beginning, I just around.

Ravenholm is one of my favorite spot, so I re-visit that over and over again, using different ways to slaughter those zombies.

Even after so many times, I still find new ways to kill things. HL2 is that good.
