Up untill last night all the areas were loading fine. but for some reason i keep getting these errors now. can anyone help?

They come 1 arfter the other in order from 1 to 2.

What's the amount of memory you have in your box? Also try and close all unnessary programs, ie. the stuff in your task list and services. To get to your services right click on My computer, click on manage, click on services and applications, and click on services.
