Nice. And before you know it the undead will be roaming the streets.

I think there is no such thing as a soul, just a consciousness that exists because of the body.

Interesting news indeed.

Dunno, so I believe yeah, somebody will soon invent the "T-Virus" which reanimates dead bodies... (Resident Evil, remember? <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_wink.gif">) so... yeah, soon the world will be like a giantic Racoon City <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_lol.gif">

Regarding the thread's title: I don't think this applies if the subject died of age.

Well, it's really no surprise, it was bound to happen sometime. I'm just accepting it as the latest in really uber-scientific advancement.

On another note, it's going to get harder and harder for religious people to make excuses <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif">

I can't understand how they can reactivate neural functions thusly . I don't even think they can fully restore them if the subject has more than 800cm3 of brain... <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/leper.gif"> eeech!

Well someone was telling me the other day about some "dead sea scrolls" that are some historic documents about the time Jesus was around, and they have never been released to the public, mainly because they threaten the existence of the whole religion.

Also found out that Israelis and Palistines came from the same religion, just they had an argument and it got out of hand. But they descended from 1 man who had 2 sons, and one became israeli, the other a palistine. Stupid eh?
