1. do you allow beta tests? i mean that i dunno if the map is fun untill i play on it and hl2dm doesn't have bots so i can't test it

2. can i talk with ppl about it? e.g. send screens and ask if they like it?

Sure you can. I know of at least two mappers who have already put up some screenshots and got some feedback.

No. It's the internet, you could lie. Just make a map and submit it, and do what you want. All these questions are pretty obviously no.

and what with the law restriction... well i don't remember it but it was something like: "you can't give prices to underaged"

You cant submit a map if your age is an even number after July 19th, 2005.
