i found this to be a veritable jaw dropper....grr

Can you imagine working for a company that has a little more than 500 employees and has the following statistics:

36 have been accused of spousal abuse

7 have been arrested for fraud

19 have been accused of writing bad checks

117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses

3 have done time for assault

71, repeat 71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit

14 have been arrested on drug-related charges

8 have been arrested for shoplifting

21 currently are defendants in lawsuits and

84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year

Can you guess which organization this is?

Shoplifting? Not even OUR politicians are that petty. And that says a lot.

This is the truth, I will not begin to tell of my adventures with the government in Romania.

Looks liks an awful lot of accusations, and not very many actual convictions... Anyone can accuse someone of something. Also several of the things mentioned are quite petty.

36 have been accused of spousal abuse

19 have been accused of writing bad checks

117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses.

Small and large businesses bankrupt all the time. Its just the way the economy works - you have to take risks for the business to succeed, and those risks often don't pan out.

8 have been arrested for shoplifting

21 currently are defendants in lawsuits

Can you name any other group of 500 celebrities that _aren't_ currently involved in lawsuits? People sue rich and famous people all the time just to get money.

Yer, this seems like another vague accusational chain mail thing. Its like psychics- YOU WILL MEET SOMEONE NEW IN THE NEAR FUTURE! YOU WILL RECIEVE A PHONE CALL CONCERNING MONEY!

Well easy to say, you'll see someone in the street and maybe say hi, and you'll get another credit card company phoning. Wow... Vagueness at its best.

Lol... this one is my favorite. "117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses "

How can you be INDIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE for anything?

"I was indirectly responsible for him breaking his arm." What would that mean? How can you be responsible for something you didn't do?

Am I indireclty responsible for a friend's death if I stopped to talk to them for 10 minutes, and then got hit by a drunk driver because they wouldn't have been there at that time. Is that indirectly responsible?

And what constitutes a Bad check? A bounced check? I bounced a check this year, It's not a capital offense mistakes happen.

but these are politicians!!!!! They are bread not to make mistakes, like the pope.

What if the general public finds out that they are humans, worse yet, humans that ALSO make mistakes... that may lead the public to think that even they, or anyone, could run for office.

I dont even want to think about what would happen to those poor big business' if they didn't have anyone to look the other way when they stole money from their janitors?
