...and this thread became a battlefield for a full-on browser war debate. I switched to FireFox last year, and never looked back.

IE opened up too many holes to allow spyware to get in.

Why use the toolbar, you have search right up there near the web adress prompt.

This bar has all kinds of other stuff. Search for news, spellcheck, pagerank, search google, the web page, froogle, gmail.

Please do not start with the browser war thingy again. It was already proved more/less that no browser mentioned is superior to the other.

Personally I think Firefox blows chunks but, I would never detour anyone from using it. Stop with the bulls**t that IE is evil and Firefox is best s**t.
