Aww...a true nerd in love. I can relate to that. However, I can boast that I've been lifting weights for the past fifteen years already, so I am no whimp.

No. I am not nerdy. I might have been a complete nolifer, but I still could distinguish. I just was MORE related to computers than to the reality. I still went to countryside from time to time but that doesn't matter.

What matters, is.. she reacted just in a way I expected her to. I love her, yes, but I made a confession to her just a bit time ago. She was shocked. I thought even before that she would be. But also she was either away or playing something so I never managed to completely ask her for a movie. I will give her couple of days to get relaxed from the shock and then gonna ask her out again. Her first response was "I don't know what to say..." and "I know you for like 2 days!"..

So I'll give a bit of time for her to get over the first shock and then asking her out again <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif"> She atleast knows my intentions that way... I'm not gonna leave it like this, although many of you might say she's gone too. I hope seriously, not, and I have enough time to come clean. She promised to talk to me in the evening when she gets back home and we'll see <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">

To take it like this... life is like a computer game, s**tty story, but graphics are awesome and you cannot save <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif">
I would like to load from couple of days behind, though, and tell her already when we met there that I like her <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif">

Anyway, what I did was, confess her everything I could about what happened if I met her, thanked her to lead me out of the "dark side" of the world :P and well... I believe she was shocked so much because she IS only 13 afterall... But yes, when she gets over it, I'll give a shot to a cinema <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif"> She should be used to it then.

Best of luck to your conversation tonight. But I have to say that her response wasn't overwhelmingly positive. From past experiences, a girl in shock doesn't usually bode well for the future.

Well, as I said, she IS 13 years old and a girl in her age might not fully understand what such a relationship actually means.
And, ofcourse, it might just have been a surprise (something tells me it was NOT a great shock for her) that I opened up my mouth THAT soon. I also gave her clear signs that I liked her so she knew before. You never can tell what women want, for sure.

Anyway, I dived into the digital world after the loss of Gerli, and She brought me out. Noone else has ever achieved this. (as I said) and only "The One" could have done it. (The One - a Perfect Woman. A Perfect Woman is a definition set up by me only for myself, the specs are built on Gerli, when I saw her the first time, the woman whom I loved for many years... but who will still stay in me heart. There are 8 things about a Perfect Woman. Doesn't drink, smoke or do drugs, is shorter and younger than me, is smart and intelligent and is... a virgin). A Perfect Woman can get me out of anything, but I am afraid, if she can't keep me in the Real World, I might dive straight back to where I was... a nolifing idiot. Or, perhaps, since I'm older now, into a Bottle. Which, I daresay, is MUCH worse than Digital World. But I prefer to wake up every morning beside the woman whom I love and instead of turning on my computer, I should turn HER on...

Anyway, my lecture is WAY too long now, so if you are tired of me telling my "love story" then please, say it and I'll stop. Otherwise... I can keep you in touch. <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">

I have a hard time sleeping with another person, Its fun the first few times, but I had a hard time sleeping when ever my girl friend was in bed with me. like I'd wake up and it felt like her head had killed the part of my body she was on.

Yeah, that's what I'm hoping the most.. even IF anything goes wrong, I will hope to dive back into computers rather than a bottle. My own old "dear" dad went that way (well, he did it on his own free will, not after a broken heart.. and took me mum with him... she died). I saw what happened with him.. and I don't like it. I don't actually even care what happened to him.. is he still alive or already dead. I really don't give a damn. I'd rather someone gives a damn about me when I'm old...

Anyway, I will give her time. She needs some. I really rushed things too much, but I say - better overact than underact. Overacting has only better results than underacting, which might take her away. Instead, Overacting can actually BRING her to you. Just for all of you know. When it's the Time.

I've known people who turn to drugs/beer when they fail at "love"

But dont think that if this one girl doesn't say yes its over. You'll find a girl or she will find you when you least expect it.

hell, I dont even try and get with girls and I ended up with a fox... I mean sure we fell apart but you get the idea.

Also, I think when you praise some one as the love of your life you are only setting yourself up to be hurt. I dont understand how anyone can love another person after only a short non-personal time with them... My pal Chris falls in love before he even meets a girl and already sets him self up to get rejected. Let your feelings form over time, dont try and force it.

I wanted to say I loved my ex, but never could becuase I knew it wasn't true.

Satchmo your wrong I'm sure! Chinese has changed considerably over the years hasn't it? I'm sure it has. If someone spoke original chinese you probably wouldn't understand, or is that just the writing?

Doc, I cannot do ANYTHING about my subconciousness. I cannot change the way I am unless my heart thinks so. I guess it just needed a small break from love.. it hurt, I know. When I understood I lost Gerli, it hurt so much. I couldn't accept it in 5th grade and still hoped something will work out.

I believe in destinies. I believe in faith. I believe, that people are given signs all the time. Perhaps they are only too stupid to understand or notice them. I believe I had a chance to change my life 5 years ago (well, 6 now). But I was just too stupid to understand that sign. I also believe, that it wasn't just a coincidence that I set up the definition of a Perfect Woman and then... couple of years later... I fall in love with someone who answers to those requirements! I can't believe it! It can NOT be a coincidence. I fell in love even before I had learned she is 13 or anything! I thought she was 18. But faith gave me two signs. I missed the first one though, which was she coming to me and asked me to ask if a guy had paid for his pizza, cause she was scared of her. I asked him and went back and told her that he wasn't. The guy then came and paid. She thanked me. I should have left there to talk, but I went back to my PC. Anyway, the point is.. i was surrounded with guys lot better or meaner looking than me :P But she took me..
The second sign was when she sat beside me. That was the one I thought about... hmm... I got a chance.. I wasn't exactly thinking about it as a sign. But now I'm on a lookout for any of those, since I foggily know what a sign looks like. Anyways, we talked a lot and I got this weird feeling in the pit of my stomach. I didn't know but I fell in love. I've forgotten what it felt like, but now I remember it and hope never to forget it. She then went back and after a while I came to the bunch of people she was with over there and complained about me being bored. And then we started talking, we all talked all night long, we two talked most of time. Made jokes, lauged etc etc. I demonstrated her my numb hand.. took a pizza she couldn't, which was too hot <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif">

Anyway, the next (and final, for now) sign was her coming to my computer. She went to MSN (I had just written the first post about her in here :P The post with the rate.ee link in it :P) and started chatting and listening to me MP3-s. Her parfume sticked with my earphones and are here even now.. It smells SO good... mmm I acted then. I found out her MSN etc etc and all.. and after I got home, I started talking to her through MSN. We found lot of things in common, such as couple of friends <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif">

Anyhow, my point is, I personally then recognized those things as signs and thinking a bit back in time... I reached to Gerli. So, that's when I understood what an asshole I was with her. And then I asked Eileen about her virginity... which, as I said, was the final requirement filled. So my subconcious or whatever (heart, perhaps even) was right. I think there are powers higher ones than us, that give us the signs. I almost feel as if I should believe in God! (damn, the first time I write God with a capital at somewhere middle of sentence... love really does miracles! I never thought even about BELIEVING in God..)

Nah, Hugh's one of my friends. He knows i don''t mean it, so I'm not afraid to insult him. Whereas if i said something like "lick my sack" to someone I don't really know, like rival or Tracer Bullet, They'd probably get mad.

Sounds like you're not sure yourself, so how can you doubt me? I was born in Taiwan and educated for twelve years in Chinese history and language. My mother is a Chinese history teacher in high school.

There are many dialects in China, but Mandarin has been the official language for the past three thousands years. The language has changed surprisingly little. I would be able to understand ancient Chinese people's conversation. It's not exactly the same as modern slang, but it's not drastically different.

It's equivalent to reading Shakespeare. It's a bit difficult, but not impossible. And as for the written language, I could read scriptures from thousands of years ago, from the Tang dynasty.

I am a big history buff, but one place I'm lacking is Asian history. I know middle-eastern and western as well as mesoamerican and pre-colonial america. but asia is a blank spot for me.

also, Satch, what about the Mongolians? thier language was different from Chinese. Is more similar now and of course had chinese INFLUENCE, but it's root was different.

Anyway, I was just trying to talk about the european languages..

Well, if anyone, then only me, can talk actually about the estonian-finnish language. The Estonian language is I-don't-know-where-originating. But - Finnish and Estonian are VERY similar. Actually you could almost understand the other if you know one. so...

"Hello, and welcome to the Estonian class of Snarkpit. Please be seated."
"Tere ja tulemast Eesti keele Snarkpiti tundi. Palun istuge."

Estonian language is a very... cool smiley language. You can use it to make pronounciations easy for other languages. For instance, I used it all the time when, in school, we had to learn russian rhymes or something. Or something like that. It is real cool.

Also, since everything is pronounced as written (except foreign names and stuff), we actually use sometimes a bit "modified" eengliizh, such as "I don't want to to that" would, in msn, sometimes written out as...

"ai t?unt vant tu du z?tt" smiley Iz ziimz z?t ai h?v tu pikom ?n ingliz tiidza smiley

Anyway, on pronounciation of those "weirdo" characters, such as ?,?,?,?, they are pronounced as follows:

? - [o]h poo hoo!
? - l[a]ssie
? - s[i]r
? - [?]ber :P (in german)

F?r man wo ferstunden deutche, du ferstundent die karakteren. (I said in german, that "For man who understands german, you understand those characters") The german language has couple of them. Such as ? in ?ber. (?ber, for those who don't know, is something mighty. So if you hear someone say "?ber micro", they usually mean that someone has VERY small d*ck..)

Oh, but let's go on.

The 14 cases in Estonian are VERY difficult for people to learn them.
These are: Nimetav, omastav, osastav, sisse?tlev, sees?tlev, seest?tlev, alale?tlev, alal?tlev, alalt?tlev, saav, rajav, olev, ilma?tlev, kaasa?tlev. The last for cases are called "ninataga" cases, since they give words suffix "ni, na, ta or ga".

For instance, a word "maja". It means "house" in english.
If we want to put it into the first case, nimetav, or "nominative", in english, it already has a form - maja. The basic form.
If we take the next one or the third one, the word "maja" stays as it is. It doesn't change. They go as follows: house, house, houses. Like who, who, whos.. don't know if you'll understand.
But if we keep on getting to "sisse?tlev" (or something like "into-saying"), we get a first suffix for "maja". The si[SSE]?tlev. Prefix in []. So we get.. "majasse" like "into house". To not confuse you, I won't give a shorter form of it.
The next case, see[S]?tlev (already IN something), we get "majas". Such as "in house".
And the 6th one see[ST]?tlev (going out from something), we get "majast". Like "from house". It might feel a bit confusing, but they are RULES which ALWAYS follow words such as "house, car, computer" and all that which notes things. Also, you can use "living" words (such as woman, dog) etc with it. It'll always work. For instance, i want to say "I go into a woman" (smiley), I would say "Ma l?hen naisesse". Ma - I, L?hen - Go, naisesse - into a woman. Easy as that. (for us :P). Naine is woman in english.

Anyway, let's cut the next ones and get straight to NINATAGA cases. Remember, the last 4? Rajav, Olev, ilma?tlev, kaasa?tlev. You must wonder, why such an extraordinary definition for those cases, ninataga? Well, in estonia, it means something as "behind nose" :P this "ninataga":P

Anyway, as you remember, Sisse?tlev and sees?tlev and seest?tlev give us suffixes. So do ninataga ones. Now, Rajav - To something. Like "to car", "to house". Olev - As something. Like "as woman", "as car". Ilma?tlev - without something. Like "without woman", "without car". Kaasa?tlev - with something. Like "with woman", "with car".
In Estonian language, it is way different actually. We only use suffixes to express this.
For instance, as I mentioned before, woman = naine, car = auto and house = maja. Can you form the Rajav case of car without peeking couple of rows below?

Did you get it correct?
Rajav case gives us suffix -ni. So, if we want to make a case Rajav as a "car", we would take our word - "auto" and add a suffix to it - "ni". So, auto+ni would make out... "autoni" or "to car". The same for "house" or "maja". maja+ni = majani. Simple. The woman, however, is too different to handle it here, logically you would deduct, that it is "naineni", but there you are wrong. Actually it is "naiseni". It comes from "omastav" case, which I'll leave out at this time. It makes things too complicated enough for you.

Now, Olev case gives us suffix -na. Like
auto+na
maja+na
naise+na
Did you get it all?

You can logically deduct, what are coming next. Very easy to be correct.

Ilma?tlev: -ta
autota
majata
naiseta

and finally..
Kaasa?tlev: -ga
autoga
majaga
naisega

I hate foreign language, frankly i like english. That is why i don't plan to go out of Inverness, thats right im gonna live here forever <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif"> . I've never been on holiday either, though come to think about i dont really want to go anywere. I'm happy sitting here on my computer all day.
